Michelin-starred chef, Claude Bosi (Hibiscus), and I are hosting another Chef's Table this season at Divertimenti. Guests will be treated to a menu of signature Bosi dishes, paired with great natural wines chosen and introduced by me. Basically, a tutored fine dining experience awaits.
