10% nebbiolo, 90% chardonnay. Skin contact for the chardonnay for 1 to 2 days. No fining, no filtering. Fermentation of both juices together. Aromatic, round, lovely opulence, a dash of tannin, floral. Unusual and delicious Langhe bianco.
