It is after visiting this producer that I started putting two and two together and realised that the wines I really enjoyed drinking were real, artisan products, made with soul rather than turnover in mind. His production is minuscule and you can't buy his wines anywhere except at his cellar door. He is a truly wonderful find and has become a great friend since.
