I loved meeting Mark Garrett, resident permaculturist at Soneva Fushi in the Maldives. He's a fascinating man. Turns out he makes his very own version of biodynamic preparation 500, but instead of using cow horns and burying them underground, he just uses worms and an old kitchen sink!
